The equipment of the pressing-forge shop provides a full technological cycle: incoming control; billet operations; heating; free forge; heat stamping; punching; heat-treatment; cleaning and straightening. The main equipment /steam pneumatic hammers for free forge and stamping, horizontal sledge-press, hydraulic eccentric press/ provides:
*Free forge with mass up to 600 kg.
*Stamping of steam pneumatic hammers with weight form 0,1 kg up to 100 kg.
*Stamping of horizontal sledge-press with dm up to 100 mm.
*Punching and cutting operation of sheet details with dimensions up to 1000/1500 mm.
